Foolishly Hopeful
The world has seen that there is more than ample proof that the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps sponsor terrorism, threaten genocide, plot terrorism abroad in concert with the country's adjunct terrorist militia Hezbollah. The Ayatollahs arrive at their guiding principles under their fundamentalist strain of ideological-political Islam, and the Revolutionary Guards Corps carry out their finely detailed instructions. At the moment, they are deeply entrenched in the need to support Syria's Alawite regime of President Bashar al Assad. But that has not prevented them from installing their permanent presence in North Korea at the military sites that are busy developing new and even newer, more advanced nuclear and ballistic missiles technology. With North Korea returning the compliment, assigning their nuclear scientists to missions within Iran.
This is a collaboration made in hell, and proud of it. Hell is the nomenclature assigned to their dual relationship by those concerned with the eventual outcome of those two countries' conspiratorial and sinister program of equipping themselves with the most destructive elements of modern weaponry designed in their use to obliterate the existence of their enemies in numbers too great for a normal human mind to contemplate.
One has delusions of godlike qualities passed through the genetic inheritance of a deranged psychopathy so deeply entrenched there is little resemblance to normal human thought, concerned with the welfare of others. If Kim Jong Un, his advisers and his military elite have so little concern for the health and well being of their own starving masses, how can it be expected they would have human empathy for those they designate their enemies?
The other represents a regime deeply engrossed with the formula through which it will be enabled to speed the End of Times when the return of the Hidden Imam will result in Armageddon, in which all those who do not worship their form of Islam will perish, and they alone will be rewarded through the affection of the omniscient, omnipotent spirit they worship. If the mass psychosis of salvation beckons, how can there exist any hesitation in using nuclear mass death?
The world responds by imposing sanctions. To neutralize the capability of two regimes who require massive infusions of treasury to enable them to pursue their end game. Those sanctions have accomplished nothing whatever, not even a remote deceleration of the time-line of achievement, as more than evidenced by foiled inspections and nuclear and missile tests that are both hidden and trumpeted.
Those who believe that the rulers of Iran are ambitious, hateful and ruthless, but not stupid, so they would never decide to impose a last judgement upon the world are deceived by their own sense of logic. The fact is, logic is absent from fanaticism and faith relies on belief, not logic. Those who rule Iran and North Korea are crafty, inspired and fanatic.
Reason and doubt play no part in their mental make-up.
