Islam's Jihadi Armies

Islam has turned its rapacious fundamental, caliphate-aspiring mass murderers loose on the world. Terrorists from the Pakistan and Afghan Taliban to al-Shabaab in Somalia, al-Qaeda in all its various geographic manifestations, Islamic State, Hamas, Hezbollah and Boko Haram, to name the most infamous but by no means all the terrorist jihadist groups, have been busy launching atrocities across the Globe. Islamic countries whose citizens become victims, from Sudan to Mali, Libya to Syria, Iraq to Lebanon, appear to view concerted action as futile.

And because no solution appears to rear its opportune solution, the atrocities spread. They take place in Australia, in Canada, in Spain, in Pakistan, in the United States, in Britain, and in France. Islam is busy proselytizing, spreading the word with the aid of the sword transformed into Kalashnikovs and artillery pieces. While the world mourns its dead the terror groups send their messages in a spirit of unctuous satisfaction that their time has come, blaming their victims for 'starting it'.

"O Europeans, the Islamic State did not initiate a war against you, as your governments and media try to make you believe. It is you who started the transgression against us, and thus you deserve blame and you will pay a great price.
"You will pay the price when your economies collapse. You will pay the price when you sons are sent to wage war against us, and they return to you as disabled amputees, or inside coffins, or mentally ill.
"You will pay the price as you are afraid of travelling to any land. Rather you will pay the price as you walk on your streets, turning right and left, fearing the Muslims. You will not feel secure even in your bedrooms.
"We will strike you in your homeland, and you will never be able to harm anyone afterwards.
"We have warned you that today we are in a new era, an era where the [Islamic] State, its soldiers, and its sons are leaders not slaves. They are a people who through the ages have not known defeat. The outcome of their battles is concluded before they begin. Being killed—according to their account—is a victory.
"This is where the secret lies. You fight a people who can never be defeated. They either gain victory or are killed.
"O Crusaders, you have realized the threat of the Islamic State, but you have not become aware of the cure, and you will not discover the cure because there is no cure. If you fight it, it becomes tougher and stronger. If you leave it alone, it grows and expands.
"We will conquer your Rome, break your crosses, and enslave your women, by the permission of Allah."

 Allah, it seems, has given permission for the warriors of deadly Islam to proceed apace and fear no interruption. Nothing appears to deter them, even if they are a government that sends the national military to slaughter their own citizens as in Sudan or Syria. And in Nigeria, the most populous of African countries with the good fortune to having achieved the status of considerable wealth through petroleum resources, Boko Haram assaults humanity by enlisting children to enter markets wearing explosive devices.

True believers evidently have no need of a humane conscience, and just as Hamas uses its own civilian population in Gaza as human shields, Boko Haram uses children as human incendiary devices. And so it was that a ten-year-old girl was sent to the Saturday market in Maiduguri wearing an explosive device that blew her to bits of shredded human flesh and sinew, along with twenty other unfortunates, and many injured. Sacrifices to appease the wrath of Allah as expressed by the faithful.

The increasing use of young children as human bombs to terrify Nigerians whose attempts to protect themselves appear futile, when their own government appears disinterested in ensuring the safety of the population, marking Boko Haram as yet another non-state militia given to mass butchery, abductions, rapes and huge satisfaction on the part of the terrorists. There is no effective push-back, no opposition, not stopping their predation.

President Goodluck Jonathan evidently needn't account for his military's inability to save lives because corruption, greed and disinterest motivates those at the highest level of political action. "For five kilometres, I kept stepping on dead bodies until I reached Malam Karanti village, which was also deserted and burnt", said Yanaye Grema, one survivor of the massacre in the fishing town of Baga said in offering a description of the carnage he witnessed.

Trade in humans is another source of income for Boko Haram. Which explains the disposal of the 200 schoolgirls from the town of Chibok, sold into slavery, their fate laughingly ratified by the "Emir" of Boko Haram, Abubakar Shekau. His caliphate's values under Islamism reflect those of the Islamic State's caliphate; mass slaughter, unspeakably inhuman atrocities, mass rapes, terrorized, fleeing citizens threatened with death, leaving all their possessions, saving their lives.
